TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter Name and Address
Sureweld Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 28 670 929 852) of PO Box 1224, 15 Shanley Street, Wangaratta, Victoria. (the “Promoter”)
2. Eligibility and Method of Entry
Entry is open to individuals who:
· Are 13 years old or younger.
· Have submitted a completed colouring entry.
· Have provided a valid parent or guardian’s email address and phone number for contact purposes.
Employees of Sureweld, parties to whom Sureweld has contracted work in relation to the competition, and parties who are otherwise directly involved with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The entry period for the competition is from Monday 23rd September 9am AEST to Wednesday 31st October 9am AEST, 2024.
4. Prize Details
The winner will receive a $50 ‘Ultimate Kids Gift Card’. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded in consultation with their parent or guardian.
5. Winner Selection Criteria
The winner will be selected based on creativity and effort, as judged by the Sureweld team. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.
6. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified by email or text message within three (3) business days of the end of the competition.
7. Unclaimed Prizes
The winner must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within two (2) weeks of the date of notification. In the event the prize is not claimed within the two-week period, the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
8. Entry Cost
There is no cost or fee to enter the competition.
9. Exclusion of Liability
(a) Sureweld Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any participant, including but not limited to consequential or economic loss, as a result of any act or omission in connection with this competition or the awarding of the prize.
(b) Sureweld Pty Ltd’s decisions on all matters pertaining to this competition are final.
(c) Sureweld Pty Ltd is not required to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(d) Sureweld Pty Ltd is not obliged to engage in correspondence with participants or their representatives regarding the competition.
(e) The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be altered.
(f) Any tax liability in relation to the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
(g) Sureweld Pty Ltd takes no responsibility if the prize is lost, stolen, or damaged.
(h) Sureweld Pty Ltd is not responsible for late or misdirected entries.
10. Privacy
Sureweld Pty Ltd collects personal information from participants to conduct this competition. If the requested information is not provided, the participant will not be eligible to enter or claim a prize. All personal information is handled in accordance with Sureweld Pty Ltd’s privacy policy.
11. Inconsistency
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published materials, these terms and conditions will prevail.
12. Acknowledgement
By participating in the competition, each participant (and their parent or guardian) acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
